Russell joined Skanska Building in 2004 and is responsible for purchasing and managing all liability and property insurance, including claims. He graduated with a Bachelor in Accounting from Florida International University. Russell lives in Toms River, New Jersey, with his wife. He has four adult children and one grandchild with another on the way.
