Hotels

Official IMTC hotel blocks are now open.

Reserve your hotel room at negotiated rates through our official housing vendor and stay close to the action in Portland. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early.

IMTC has designated MCI USA as the ONLY official housing provider for the upcoming event on March 16–19, 2027.

Benefits of Booking With MCI USA

    • No fees or penalties when making changes to your reservations.
    • Receive a refundable deposit if a room reservation is cancelled within a hotel’s cancellation guidelines.
    • Call center support to assist you prior to your arrival.
    • Full on-site staff support is available if you incur any issues while on site.

We’ve been informed there are some fraudulent organizations presenting themselves as official partners of IMTC. It is not in your best interest to book through these companies:

  • Most do not have blocks of rooms; they contact another source and resell a room from them at a higher rate.
  • The hotels are not sanctioned by or inspected by IMTC, which could mean the quality of the hotel is unknown.
  • Hotels booked through these companies may require hefty deposits, full pre-payments, and steep change or cancellation fees.
  • No on-site assistance from NCTM (MCI USA) can be provided.
  • Reservations made using a housing company outside of MCI USA are not supported by IMTC and may not be guaranteed.
