Nici Stauffer

Architect, Senior Associate
Holst Architecture

A Senior Associate at Holst Architecture, Nici Stauffer brings experience working on diverse project types including multi-family housing, office, civic, and non-profit projects. Her holistic approach to design strives to create healthy and productive environments that positively impact the community. Nici recently completed Holst’s pro bono efforts for Street Roots, providing a welcoming new office space for the nonprofit social justice newspaper dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Nici is currently working on the Julia West House, a 12-story mass timber tower that will provide 90 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for houseless elders. She recently presented this project at the 2024 Advancing Mass Timber Construction Conference in Nashville, TN. A licensed architect and Living Future Accredited Professional, Nici holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Languages & Literature, from the University of Washington.
