A Senior Associate at Holst Architecture and a Living Future Accredited Professional, Nici’s holistic approach to design strives to create healthy, productive environments that positively impact the community. Nici enjoys working with clients who share these values and recently contributed to Holst’s pro bono efforts for Street Roots, a nonprofit social justice newspaper dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Last autumn, Nici completed Julia West House, a 12-story mass timber tower that provides 90 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for houseless elders and BIPOC individuals. She has presented this project at multiple conferences, including the 2024 Advancing Mass Timber Construction Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
