Pegasus was founded jointly by Quinn and Drew Millegan, co-managing partners of the Woodworth Contrarian Fund since 2016, where they underwrite risk and allocate capital in liquid U.S. equities while also investing in venture capital and private seed opportunities; both have served on boards of private companies through their work.

Their role at Pegasus is capital strategy, underwriting, and phasing — then surrounding the project with people who have actually built the hard parts.
