Michael Dwyer is the founder of Magna & York, a New York City real estate and development firm operating for over a decade. Michael is a solicitor, and former commodities trader and private investor, focused on real assets and the global transition economy. His background spans international trade and shipping law/disputes, carbon and commodities trading with Cargill, and the ownership and management of a real-estate portfolio in New York City.

Michael focuses on three connected areas:

• Green & Transition Ventures: Early-stage companies in renewables, carbon markets and low-carbon technologies;
• Real Estate: Traditional and sustainable property investments, including CLT, modular, and Passive House projects;
• Trade & Shipping: Transactions and opportunities linked to global trade, logistics, and energy transition.
