The Mass Timber Conference attracts professionals from across the forest, manufacturing, design, development, and construction industries.
The International Mass Timber Conference — in its ninth year for 2025 — is the largest gathering of CLT and mass timber experts in the world and focuses on the entire supply chain for mass timber.
Explore cross-laminated timber (CLT), nail-laminated timber, glulam, mass plywood panels, dowel-laminated timber, and laminated veneer lumber; and the opportunities and obstacles in global design, construction, development, manufacturing, and more.

FAQs
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Call Julie Parmley, Customer Service Manager, at +1 (406) 540-2430 or use our contact form.
You may also quickly find answers to even more commonly asked questions in our Help & Support Center.
Do I have to bring a printed ticket or proof of registration to the event?
No. We will have your registration information at the Registration desk (located in front of Hall B in the Oregon Convention Center). Just see us at the desk and we’ll be happy to check you in. Keep in mind that sharing passes is not allowed and your name must match the name listed in the registration. Show Management reserves the right to check your ID in order to verify identity.
Do you check name badges at the door?
Yes we do. You must have your name badge on you at all times.
Will you reprint my name badge if I lose it or leave it in my hotel room?
We will not reprint name badges except for very limited circumstances such as a misspelled name, incorrect job title, etc. Leaving your name badge in your hotel room does not qualify for a reprint of the name badge. Your name badge is your ticket to access the conference, so please have it with you at all times.
What are the event policies?
All attendees must abide by the official Event Policies and check that they agree to these policies when registering for passes.
Can I update or modify my registration and/or transfer my pass(es)?
Attendees may update their registrations at any time via the “modify” link in the confirmation email sent to each individual attendee. Or, go to the registration form and look for the link at the top of the form that says “ALREADY REGISTERED? Click to modify or cancel” to start the process. You can also update your name, job title, and company at check-in at the conference before you print your name badge.
Cancel your pass(es) at any time through February 19, 2025 via the same process listed above. Sharing passes is not allowed.
You may transfer your pass to someone else at any time prior to the first day of the conference (March 25, 2025). Please submit a support ticket and give us the following information for the person you want to transfer your pass to:
- Name
- Job Title
- Company
- Address (if different than your own)
- Phone
- Dietary preferences (if any)
The name on the registration does not match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, the name on the registration and the attendee’s name must match. Sharing passes is not allowed.
Do you offer discounts for group registrations?
Yes we do.* Purchase 3 or more passes per company and get 10% off each pass (for select passes only* and when all passes are ordered at once). All group registrants must work for the same company. Event staff reserve the right to further verify the identity and employment status of any registrant before authorizing the order. See how to register a group.
*Does not apply to passes for Educators, Government, and Non-Profits; Students; Tours; or Receptions.
What is your refund policy?
