Adam Jones is the Founder and CEO of CLT Toolbox. The software company consists of offices in Melbourne, Australia; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; and Semarang Indonesia, with the purpose of helping to bring sustainable building materials into the mainstream. Their software serves as infrastructure, enabling structural engineers of all experience levels to design with mass timber on all projects.

Adam is also a best selling author of the book The Sh*t They Never Taught You and previously hosted the What You Will Learn podcast which reached nine million downloads. He was recognized as the 2023 Engineers Australia Emerging Leader of the Year (Victoria Division), named the Green Building Council of Australia Future Green Leader of the Year in 2019, and was a finalist for Property Council of Australia Future Leader in 2021.
