Chris is an architect and design manager at Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) in State Department, working on design and construction of U.S. diplomatic facilities abroad.
He has over 25 years of extensive experiences in federal, institutional, corporate, and government projects in the Washington D.C. area, and overseas, including major embassy projects.
Prior to joining Overseas Buildings Operations, he worked in Fentress Architects and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for decades, focused on design with a wide range of federal and institutional projects and has collaborated with client including State Department, USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, and International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Chris’ experience includes a leading role of federal and corporate headquarters and embassy projects overseas with multiple buildings in a complex and a large-scale campuses in various project types and construction delivery methods.
