Greg Bauer

As MD, Global Head of Development Management, Greg is responsible for leading the Global Development Management teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia, along with advancing the Design Optimization, Innovation and Technology, BIM, and Lean Construction initiatives.

Greg joined Prologis in 1996 and served as SVP, Construction and Development from 2011–2020. In this role he was responsible for directing the construction and development teams in the Americas, as well as leading several global construction-related initiatives.

Since joining Prologis, he has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a project manager in Atlanta. Greg spent a year in Shanghai where he directed construction and development activities in China, returning to Atlanta in 2007. Prior to his role as MD, Global Head of Development Management, he was responsible for the design and construction of all developments in the Eastern United States and Canada serving first as FVP, Director of Project Management, and then SVP, Development. Greg currently leads the team out of the Prologis Nashville office.

Greg received his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a LEED AP and a certified General Contractor in the states of Florida (inactive) and California.
