Sheldon is the CFO and General Counsel for New Land Enterprises and it’s mass timber real estate development offshoot Timber + Partners. He has over 24 years of experience in commercial office and multifamily property and asset management, construction, and real estate development. He is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM-IREM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA – BOMI). Sheldon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School as well as an MBA and BS in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has served on the Executive Committee of The Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and as chair of its research committee. Sheldon leads the companies’ operations, asset management, property management, finance, legal, and risk management functions.
