With a passion for building science and digital workflows, Simon brings over two decades of experience to the building industry. He has seventeen years of design-build project delivery and research and development (R&D) with a diverse project portfolio. This ranges from commercial, residential, and institutional developments along with six years of general contracting (GC) experience in his current role.

He graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Design and a diploma in Architectural Metals. He keeps up to date with current evidence-based research and development in the industry. Further study includes Passive Haus Designer, Mass-Timber micro-credentials with B.C.I.T, and Passive Haus Trade Person Certification.

Simon collaborates closely with architects, engineers contractors, and clients. His evaluation of Hybrid construction principles and addressing key interfaces including construction workflows, ensures smooth project delivery. The combination of his experience and skill set enables him to identify any potential challenges early in projects.

A strong advocate for teamwork and innovation, Simon fosters a collaborative environment, promoting open discussion and creative problem-solving. The integration of digital workflow is used throughout the project life cycle, which facilitates clear communication. Schedule analysis and consistent communication with trade partners are central to procurement and the implementation of prefabrication.
