In 2015, Tim co-founded the New Zealand-based business Trade Innovations, the home of High Performer Building, a company focused on the marketing of innovative and sustainable building materials.

Through this venture, he has discovered some of the best innovations come from combining several innovative products to develop best-in-class systems. Realising those systems need independent resources and drive, Build Anatomy (previously known as Trade Supply) was created to take solutions like SoundDown™ acoustic floors to market.

Passionate about fixing the problems that plague the construction industry, Tim is driven to find sustainable and innovative solutions. Under Tim’s focused leadership, both Build Anatomy and High Performer Building are serving as beacons of inspiration in the New Zealand construction world.
