After a decade managing international campaigns for non-profits and foundations, Will founded +coordinates (then operating as Quicksilver Foundry) in 2002. +coordinates clients have included Slack, Intel, and Deloitte; Social Venture Partners, The Department of Defense, Timberlab, Erica Spiritos, Easters Seals & Pro Mujer; the Ford, Gates, Packard and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the majority of the leading marine conservation funders and non-profits based in the US.
