Grant is a real estate executive with over 40 years of “hands-on” experience and strategic leadership covering 85 million sq. ft. of international developments and totaling over $9.5 billion in project costs. He is passionate about finding innovations to promote the sustainable design and construction of world-class projects.

Grant worked with the international real estate company Hines and helped establish the European growth that Hines launched in the early 1990’s. He lived and worked in Europe for eight years building strong local teams and iconic buildings. He was then asked by Gerry Hines to start up the company office in India. Grant lived and worked in India for 6 years and established a sustainable real estate team and executed two office towers.

Following his career at Hines, Grant was hired by Prologis to be their Global Managing Director for Construction and Development Services. He is now an independent consultant working with companies who need expertise and leadership to fine tune real estate strategies and increase profits.

Grant enjoys his volunteer engagement with world-class academic institutions research and find efficiencies and solutions to industry pain points.
