Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters and the Ohio Apprenticeship & Training Program

Dan has been a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters for over 20 years, with the last 10 years dedicated to the design, implementation, and administration of the Council’s training programs, at the international level, as well as at home in Ohio.

Dan had the great fortune to be involved in the early stages of the INTRO Cleveland mass timber project, as well as the Cleveland Foundation’s mass timber project. He found it both challenging and exciting to work with the Council’s contractors and carpenters to develop a customized pipeline of training classes to prepare the workforce for the necessary skills, qualifications, and mindset for safe and productive mass timber projects.
