The Italian Infusion Buffet lunch menu includes:

  • Romaine lettuce with grated Parmesan and garlic croutons, sundried tomato Caesar dressing and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Red skinned potato salad with egg, mustard, and bacon
  • Orzo salad with roasted vegetables
  • Chicken saltimbocca with sage au jus
  • Cheese ravioli in smoked tomato ragu
  • Garlic breadsticks
  • Chocolate cannoli
  • Iced tea and water
  • Portland Coffee Roasters coffee, decaf, hot teas

Vegetarian and vegan alternatives will be available to those who select those options when registering for their pass(es).

After lunch, stroll into the exhibit hall for (complimentary) coffee & tea and conversation.
