Aaron Fairchild is a visionary leader with a proven track record of organizational growth and resilience during turbulent market cycles and COVID. As a transformational CEO, Aaron excels in building high-performance cultures, scaling operations, and implementing innovative strategies that balance profitability with positive societal outcomes. 

He is a co-founder of Helix, a AI powered housing innovation agency that works with innovative developers and aligned investors to help lower the cost of housing development.

Prior to Helix, Aaron co-founded and led Green Canopy NODE for 15 years, growing it into an integrated construction technology, real estate development, and fund management company. Under his leadership, the company expanded into new markets, funded construction technology R-n-D, acquired and merged a mass timber construction technology firm (NODE) into Green Canopy NODE, and developed hundreds of third-party certified sustainable homes. 

Aaron’s career in real estate finance began at, Pacific Crest Savings Bank, where he hired, trained, and managed loan officers, developed and managed Portfolio Wholesale Lending, and was a top performing Loan Officer and President’s Club member. 

He holds an Executive MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Environmental Ethics from Western Washington University.
