Alexis Feitel is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado with 10 years of structural consulting experience in the Rocky Mountain region. Her design background includes high-end single-family residential, multi-family, concrete high-rise, existing building renovation, fire stations, zoo facilities, and mass timber projects.

She is the KL&A Team Carbon Unit Director, developing and leading a team of inhouse expertise focused on embodied carbon reduction strategies, quantification, and implementation into the current design and (de)construction practice at KL&A. Team Carbon is nationally recognized in the United States for their comparative Life Cycle Assessments, material salvage and reuse, and embodied carbon advocacy. Alexis serves on the ASCE SEI Sustainability Committee Steering Committee and Carbon Leadership Forum Rocky Mountain Hub.
