Cindy is passionate about building and acquiring place-defining real estate projects across a multitude of asset classes at Hines. She is currently project manager on a 1.5 million square feet mixed-use development project in the heart of Bellevue, Washington, comprised of multifamily residential units, Class A office towers (including a mass timber tower), ground floor retail, and over an acre of public space. Previously, she was a high yield bond investor at Oaktree Capital Management, a global credit fund with over $160 billion under management. Prior to that, Cindy worked as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey primarily focusing on restructuring transactions and corporate M&A.

Cindy currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority, and was selected onto the ULI National Urban Development Mixed Use Council. She graduated with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received her Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
