Jason Henderson works primarily on commercial development and management for the real estate team at Cascade Asset Management Company, a private investment firm based in Kirkland, Washington. He believes that the real estate industry must do its part on every asset and project to reduce atmospheric carbon emissions, and that the solutions to our climate challenge can produce more value for everyone.

Jason started his career redeveloping historic properties in Upstate New York, and moved to Seattle in 2016 to join Cascade, where he has worked on multifamily, office, retail, hotels, and land investments. He studied at SUNY Geneseo and Cornell University.
