Kate Carrigg

Kate serves as WoodWorks Regional Director for Oregon, Southern Idaho, and Hawaii, providing education and assistance within the AEC and Development Communities toward the use of wood in multifamily and non-residential construction. With backgrounds in wood science, structural engineering, and construction management, she brings a unique perspective to every technical challenge and project with which she assists.

During her 10+ years in the industry, Kate has worked on a multitude of successful projects ranging from commercial mass timber to multifamily light-frame podium buildings and continues to be driven by her excitement for wood as an innovative and sustainable structural material.
