Noel is a real estate developer, consultant, educator, and nonprofit leader. His experience spans $1B+ of development activity across 20+ private and civic projects. He is one of the most experienced mass timber developers in the United States, having led large, complex office and residential projects for more than a decade.

Noel co-created WoodWork’s The Business Case for Mass Timber case study series — a research project observing mass timber’s impact on investment returns. Noel is a regular speaker across urban economics, sustainability, and mass timber topics. He teaches behavioral finance at Lewis & Clark College, Oregon. Noel also leads the nonprofit Teacup / Mt. Hood Nordic: Mt. Hood’s primary Nordic skiing venue and programs provider.
