Tanya Luthi is the Director of Engineering at Timberlab, a full-service mass timber company with expertise from preconstruction to manufacturing, fabrication, and installation. Over her two decades of experience as a structural engineer, her work has shifted from steel and concrete structures to mass timber, now her sole focus. In addition to her work as an designer, she serves on the New York City structural code committee as an advocate for mass timber construction and is a former member of the WoodWorks Board of Directors.
