Victoria Oestreich

Victoria Oestreich is a senior manager with the Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate where she advances a wide array of programming and research focused on the intersections of sustainability, health equity, and the built environment. Victoria has authored several ULI publications, including The Materials Movement: Creating Value with Better Building Materials, focused on the real estate industry’s adoption of healthier and more sustainable building materials. Prior to her position with ULI’s Lewis Center, Victoria worked for ULI Northwest, the local District Council office managing ULI activities in Washington State and Oregon. She holds a Masters in Public Administration degree from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Washington in Seattle.
