The following benefits will be provided in Event channels and collateral:

• Sponsor recognition signs — logo
• Website — logo, link, and company profile
• Mobile app — “Featured Sponsor” status and company profile
• Morning general sessions — logo displayed on screen with other sponsors before the sessions begin
• Morning general sessions — verbal mention at the podium
• Receptions — shared sponsorship with other Premier sponsors
• Receptions — “sponsored by” on the website and app agendas
• Activation — opportunity to activate within the Exhibit Hall (agreed upon by both Management and Sponsor)
• Attendee passes — five (5) Full Exhibitor/Sponsor passes
• Exhibit space — any size up to 400 square feet (choice of location is at Management’s discretion and first come, first served)
• Premier Sponsor wall — logo on a large graphic wall (along with the other Premier Sponsors) in a prominent location at the Event
• Social media — logo and mention in one (1) post (Management will design and produce the post, that may include all Premier Sponsors at once)
• E-blasts — logo and link
• Private meeting room — dedicated room near the exhibit hall, if requested by Sponsor
• Non-expiring ~30% discount on select Exhibitor/Sponsor passes (does not include edu/gov/nonprofits, student, Boot Camp, or Tour passes)
