Scheduling mass timber material purchase, delivery and site logistics is a vital yet often overlooked aspect of being able to capitalize on all of the promises related to mass timber’s speedy install. This dynamic roundtable — including a manufacturer, fabricator/installer and contractor — will provide an in depth discussion of project schedules and timelines, how to set and meet milestones, when to start engagement with different parties, how to deal with hurdles and schedule disruptions, and how to ensure site success.
Panelists bring their experience in working through the dynamic evolution of a project. Both real world examples and typical occurrences will be discussed, which will give attendees a sense for what they might encounter as they navigate their own projects.
