Aaron Holm is a Founding Partner at Helix, the first housing innovation agency, where he works at the intersection of housing development and AI. At Helix, Aaron helps housing professionals, builders, developers, and investors leverage the company’s Rhizar platform to transition to agentic workflows and reduce the cost of housing development.

Before Helix, Aaron built a career spanning some of the most challenging problems in tech and housing. He was part of the founding team behind Amazon’s physical retail and Just Walk Out technology, and co-founded Mylio, a privacy-first photo management platform. Earlier, he co-founded Industrial Color, pioneering the analog-to-digital shift for creative organizations including HBO, Showtime, Victoria’s Secret, and Turner Broadcasting. He also founded Blokable, tackling housing affordability through modular construction and establishing a new business model for housing systems.
Aaron is based in Issaquah, Washington.
