A Project Executive at XL Construction, Chad has been integral to more than 1 million square feet of mass timber design and construction deliverables in the last five years. His client-focused approach to project delivery has resulted in decades of work dedicated to workplace innovators, such as Apple and Google. In fact, Chad has been a valued contributor to Google’s R&D lab, a division that sets out to advance the future workplace, since its inception. With his knowledge base, he has helped clients bring functional, affordable, and constructable mass timber designs to reality. 

Chad received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. He is a LEED accredited professional.
