Emma Pyett is a seasoned design professional occupying the Design Director role at Built, an Australian Main Contractor. Her experience expands over two decades in architecture and construction. Her career is defined by a commitment to transforming ambitious concepts into built realities, having led the architectural design and delivery of many complex, high-profile projects across commercial, retail, residential, and educational sectors.

Emma’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of architectural development—from site analysis and feasibility studies to detailed design, construction administration, and final delivery. Her holistic approach ensures that each project maintains its design integrity while meeting the practical demands of authorities, construction and client expectations.

A key highlight of Emma’s recent work is her design leadership on the Atlassian Central Project—an internationally recognised development that redefines sustainable high-rise construction through its innovative use of mass timber. As one of the tallest commercial hybrid timber towers in the world, Atlassian Central showcases Emma’s ability to integrate cutting-edge engineering with architectural vision. Her role has been instrumental in coordinating multidisciplinary teams from an Early Contractor Engagement role through to delivery.
