Before founding Think Mass Timber, Hardy was Chief Executive Officer of Structurlam Mass Timber Corporation, where he led its transformation from a regional British Columbia manufacturer into a North American industry leader—driving revenue growth, expanding markets, and tripling manufacturing  capacity.
