Kevin Berry is the Managing Director of TTW, leading the firm’s operations across Australia and abroad. Since joining TTW in 2010, following roles in New Zealand and the UK, Kevin has advanced through a number of leadership positions — from Associate Director to Technical Director, Director, and ultimately Managing Director in 2023.

Known for his collaborative and forward-thinking approach, Kevin drives the use of digital tools and thoughtful design practices that focus on performance, sustainability, and practical delivery. His leadership continues to strengthen TTW’s commitment to design excellence, innovation, and long-term value for clients and communities.

Kevin has played a leading role in many award-winning projects, including Atlassian Central, Brookfield Place, The Star Casino, and the Hyatt Regency. His experience spans commercial, education, residential, public, and health sectors, with a strong focus on technically complex and large-scale developments.

Passionate about developing future engineering talent, Kevin mentors TTW’s graduate and student engineers and remains actively involved in the wider industry. He is a former President of the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers and a Fellow of Engineers Australia.
