As Director of Design and Sustainability, Mark oversees all design and sustainability efforts within Hensel Phelps. He establishes policies, training and strategies that implement growth within the firm, along with the ability to support our clients with outstanding pre-construction services.

Mark works with clients and senior management within the organization to formulate the most qualified project team to deliver a successful project that incorporates effective design and sustainability practices. Working alongside our development, construction and services divisions, Mark ensures the company maintains the highest levels of design quality, constructability, sustainability and overall service Hensel Phelps has become known for across the country.
