Nate Helbach is the Co-Founder and CEO of Neutral, where he leads with a singular vision: to align human wellbeing with planetary health. As CEO, Nate oversees the company’s strategic roadmap, manages a multidisciplinary team, and cultivates investor relationships. Beyond development, he is the architect of the firm’s culture, ensuring that every partnership and system reflects Neutral’s core belief: healthy living should be built into the fabric of a home, not treated as an afterthought.

Under Nate’s leadership, Neutral is redefining multifamily housing. Each building is designed as a restorative environment—prioritizing clean materials, natural light, filtered air and water, and access to organic food. These elements are the foundation of Neutral Wellbeing, the company’s integrated longevity and wellness program. Nate’s background in finance, sustainability, and development informs this holistic approach. Before founding Neutral in 2020, he worked with a major Midwest developer managing over 2,000 units. Today, he channels that experience into regenerative projects that give back more than they take, both ecologically and socially. Nate is committed to proving that real estate can be a force for good, demonstrating that thriving people and a healthy planet go hand in hand.
