Ray has been with Stantec for nearly 20 years where he has led large-scale, complex architecture projects, including multi-family, life science, hospitality, and academic projects. Ray is a registered architect and a Phius Certified Passive House Consultant.

He recently completed work on the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment Project – Stellata – Building M, which utilizes mass timber flooring with pre-clad load bearing wall systems to provide 106 affordable passive house units. He is currently leading construction of the next building at Bunker Hill, the first mass timber high rise in Boston.
