As Principal at Integra Architecture, Rhys Leitch leads the design of innovative multi-family, mixed-use, and master-planned developments across British Columbia. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has been instrumental in advancing Integra’s portfolio of sustainable urban housing, with a particular focus on mid- and high-rise mass timber (CLT) buildings that push the boundaries of contemporary West Coast design.

Rhys brings a deep commitment to sustainability, integrating principles of Passive House, LEED, and the Living Building Challenge into thoughtful, context-driven architecture. His leadership reflects a forward-thinking approach that combines environmental responsibility with the intelligent use of technology, including advanced 3D BIM systems and AI, to enhance collaboration and design excellence.
